 Kandi
is an enthusiastic, motivated Realtor® who resides in Chico,
California. She decided to pursue the real estate profession
after graduating college in May 2003. Kandi graduated with a
B.S. in Agriculture Business, emphasized in Marketing, from
California State University, Chico. Kandi decided that focusing
on a career she could build herself was her ultimate dream and
goal in life. She also wanted a career that would provide
rewarding and lifelong results for the people she worked with.
Kandi moved to Chico, California in June1998 to attend Butte
Community College and has resided there ever since. She was
active in Phi Theta Kappa, an International Honors Society, as a
charter member and an officer for all three years. Kandi also
held officer positions in the Agriculture Ambassadors club.
Being active in her schooling has proven that Kandi is
responsible, dedicated to her work, and is a team player.
Kandi is originally from the agricultural community of
Williams, California. She comes from a family who has farmed for
many generations, which has also provided her with the qualities
she possesses today. One of the qualities Kandi possesses, that
she is very proud of, is her understanding of the word “ethics”.
Kandi has a firm understanding how being ethical in her work is
essential to succeed in Real Estate today.
Some may ask, why is Kandi licensed under Johnna Ornbaun,
West Valley Properties?
Kandi and Johnna began working with one another in the summer
of 1999. Kandi helped Johnna start her “Lavender” business, also
known as Ornbaun-Gibson “Lavender” Ranch. Their relationship and
work ethics grew from there. Johnna and Kandi both hold the same
values and ideas on how to be successful, while still keeping
their clients best interest as top priority. Therefore, they
work well together!
